Scott Topham became a DJ at the age of 15 at a roller rink! After graduating from high school, Scott bought his first DJ show and named it “Ultimate Sounds”. He has been working with Rusch Entertainment since that day, providing entertainment at all types of events for over 26 years! Scott has performed at hundreds of successful event!
